It may have pre cut foam in the case. It will be in fully functional condition with all latches, handles, wheels, etc tested and functioning. It may have metal or plastic name plates installed with waterproof rivets, or show signs of where a name place was removed. This will not affect in any way the waterproof functionality of the storage case. The case may come with a lid divider installed in the lid with rivets. These are very high end server rack road cases. They come with racks as seen in the photos. These cases are in good condition with regular signs of wear. All hardware, latches, etc will be in full working order. These cases also come with a full caster set as seen in the photos. Please note that the sets may be missing a few pieces of the mounting hardware (easily replaceable bolts / washers) These units retail for $1000+ when buying new.
