Our Process
At TheCasePlace, our storage cases are sourced from a variety of venues including but not limited to, government surplus, manufacturer overstock, wholesale deals, and company liquidations. (If you have cases to sell, please send us an inquiry here) The Cases are transported to our warehouse in Springfield, Michigan, where they undergo our thorough reconditioning process. Previously used cases are inspected for damage and functionality. All latches, wheels, handles, etc are tested to ensure they are performing properly. When needed, we make repairs using replacement parts that we buy directly from the manufacturers of these cases. The cases are cleaned with an environmentally friendly cleaner and added to our inventory. When you make a purchase, a member of the fulfillment team will pick your items, give them one last visual inspection and package them for shipment. We have daily pick-ups from both Fedex and UPS, and take pride in our quick shipping turnaround time. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Our goal is to take storage cases that would be otherwise unused, forgotten, and purposeless and get them back in the hands of the end user.
