It may have pre cut foam in the case. It will be in fully functional condition with all latches, handles, wheels, etc tested and functioning. It may have metal or plastic name plates installed with waterproof rivets, or show signs of where a name place was removed. This will not effect in any way the waterproof functionality of the storage case. The case may come with a lid divider installed in the lid with rivets.
