It will be in fully functional condition with all latches, handles, wheels, etc tested and functioning. It may have metal or plastic name plates installed with waterproof rivets, or show signs of where a name place was removed.The waterproof capabilities of this case may no longer meet manufacture standards.. The case may come with a lid divider installed in the lid with rivets. The condition of the case you receive may differ from the one in the photos as every B/C grade case is different.
